HOW I CAN HELP

I work with adults, young people & schools

Life can leave us carrying a lot — stress, trauma, or the weight of everyday struggles — and it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves along the way.

Whatever brings you here, my services give you the time and space to pause, reflect and reconnect, at a pace that feels right for you.

MY EXPERTISE

People come to counselling for all sorts of reasons — big and small, clear or hard to put into words.

Person-centred, and led by you

As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I know that everyone experiences the world differently.

I work in a way that adapts to you — gentle reflections, practical tools, or simply a calm space to explore your thoughts at your own pace.
