Counselling and Wellbeing Support for Children, Young People, and Adults

Personalised therapy to support your wellbeing, self-awareness and personal growth, in a calm, supportive environment.

ABOUT US

Life’s challenges are easier when we face them together

I created Conscious Minds to offer a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. Life can leave us carrying a lot — stress, trauma, or the weight of everyday struggles — and it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves along the way.

Conscious Minds is here to give you the time and space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re looking for support through a difficult time, or simply needing room to breathe and take some time for you, this is a place where you don’t have to carry things alone.

About Me

I’m Toni (MBACP), a person-centred counsellor with experience supporting adults and young people across schools, universities, charities, and online throughout the UK.

As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I know that everyone experiences the world differently. I work in a way that adapts to you—offering gentle reflections, practical tools and coping skills, or simply holding a calm, nurturing listening space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

I’m a registered BACP member, hold a degree in Healthcare Practice, and have completed additional training in trauma healing, mind-body wellbeing, and play therapy to further support children and young people.
