About Us
Counselling & Wellbeing Support in Durham City & Worldwide
Experience
I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I supporting adults, children and young people through a range of emotional and life challenges.
My experience includes private practice, school-based counselling and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) work. I have supported clients with anxiety, low mood, stress, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, bereavement, trauma and neurodiversity-related concerns.
I work collaboratively with each client, adapting my approach to their individual needs. My aim is to provide a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and empowered to make positive changes in your life.
How I Work
I work in a flexible, creative way, tailoring sessions to what feels right for you. This might be traditional counselling, or a combined counselling and wellbeing session using gentle practices such as mindfulness, sound therapy, or EFT – designed to fully meet your needs.
I also offer standalone wellbeing sessions for those who want support and tools for self-care, relaxation, and personal growth, without counselling.
Whatever approach we take, my focus is always on supporting you — helping you heal, grow, and rediscover balance in a way that feels nurturing, empowering, and right for you.
To discuss your needs and how we could work together, book your free 15 minute phone consultation.
